The new Babolat Pure Aero racket line, successor of the Babolat Aeropro Drive silo is just around the corner! By popular demand, here is the entire Pure Aero 2016 racket line highlighted.
The new Babolat Pure Aero racket line for 2016 will consist of the following models:
- Pure Aero Play, 100 sq/inch, 300 grams, 32.0 balance, 16/19 string pattern with PLAY technology
- Pure Aero Tour, 100 sq/inch, 315 grams, 31.5 balance, 16/19 string pattern
- Pure Aero, 100 sq/inch, 300 grams, 32.0 balance, 16/19 string pattern (click for more info) . This model is the successor of the Babolat Aeropro Drive
- Pure Aero +, 100 sq/inch, 300 grams, 32.0 balance, 16/19 string pattern (+1/2 inch = 1.5 cm)
- Pure Aero Team, 100 sq/inch, 285 grams, 32.0 balance, 16/19 string pattern
- Pure Aero Lite, 100 sq/inch, 270 grams, 33.0 balance, 16/19 string pattern
New technologies in the Babolat Pure Aero include: The Aeromodular2 new frame construction ensures even less air resistance and therefore faster swings:

The well-known Woofer technology (where the strings do not lie flat in the frame but over curves, making it easy to catch the ball in the strings) and the Cortex technology (built-in damping system that runs from the shaft of the racket to the bottom of the grip) are now placed in the frame itself and no longer external:
