After a very successful introduction of the Textreme rackets at the beginning of last season, Prince is switching completely to rackets with the Textreme technology for its inline collection for 2016. This means that Prince is almost completely abandoning the rackets with holes, the so-called O-ports. Only in the Premier racket line is this still used to create the largest possible sweet spot/hitting zone for extra comfort.
What is Textreme?
Textreme is a new way of weaving carbon, which allows a higher density of carbon to be used in the manufacture of rackets. This in turn provides a higher torsional stiffness of the rackets, good for extra control, power and ball feel, without extra strain on the arm. The great thing about the Textreme material is that it allows the RA values (the stiffness) of the rackets to be kept low, but that you can offer extremely stable rackets with a lot of power!
All rackets below are compatible with theSony Smart Sensor . The addition PL after the racket specifications stands for the PowerLevel of the racket. A lower number means less power, but more control and these rackets are therefore for players with a full, big swing. The higher the number, the more power, but less control. These rackets are for players with a short, more compact swing.
