The introduction of Textreme in Prince tennis rackets in early 2015 was a great success. So great in fact that Prince will be using Textreme in all 'core styles' of their collection for 2016. Here is an overview of the Prince Textreme racket collection for 2016.
What is Textreme?
Just to refresh your memory: Textreme is a new way of weaving carbon, which allows a higher density of carbon to be used in the manufacture of rackets. This in turn provides a higher torsional stiffness of the rackets, good for extra control, power and ball feel, without extra strain on the arm. The great thing about the Textreme material is that it allows the RA values (the stiffness) of the rackets to be kept low, but that you can offer extremely stable rackets with a lot of power!
Of the first 4 models with this technology that were released in February 2015, 2 were immediately chosen as test winners in their respective categories. For 2016, Prince is expanding the Textreme racket collection considerably: Warrior Series: Power & Spin
