Technology and playing characteristics of the Diadem Nova Tour 100 V3:
The new Nova V3 series incorporates a few technological innovations. FS2 (Flex Stabilization System 2) is a dual-rib structure in the racket wall/tubular construction. This ensures that the racket twists less and offers a super solid feel upon ball impact. Just like with the Elevate V3, Kraibon is now wrapped around the rib structure. This is an elastomer widely used in the motorsport and aerospace industries. This material has excellent damping properties and, in combination with the foam (in the full tubular construction of the racket), filters out a lot of harmful vibrations. HMT Carbon around the throat and at 3 and 9 o'clock in the hoop then provides a direct feel and power.
From the baseline, this racket offers solid power and an unprecedented, pro-stock-like, stable playing feel. What is also immediately noticeable is that the racket is easy to swing, thanks to the low 30.5 cm balance. Partly because of this, you can easily create racket head speed for great access to spin. The fact that this racket is heavier than the regular Nova V3 of 300 grams is particularly noticeable in the plow-through. If you swing this racket smoothly using your technique, the mass does the rest. Even under pressure, you can feel that the Nova Tour 100 is a heavyweight: this racket is not easily pushed around.
