Following the Speed, Instinct and Extreme racket lines, the Head Radical series gets the long-awaited update with the Graphene XT material. This new Graphene XT material is super strong, but ultra-light, which has allowed Head to achieve an improved redistribution of the weight towards the top and grip of the racket. This technical application provides more energy and maneuverability in the Head rackets. Furthermore, the Graphene XT update ensures less stiff frames and therefore more ball feel and comfort compared to the current Graphene series.
New to the Head Graphene XT Radical family are the Graphene XT Radical MPA and the Graphene XT Radical Rev Pro, where you can choose between a 16/19 or 16/16 string pattern. The 16/19 string pattern gives the usual great mix between power and control, where the 16/16 string pattern gives more grip for extra spin and slice on the ball. By switching the tubing edges at 3 and 9 o'clock in the frame, you can choose your favorite string pattern.
Below is an overview of the brand new Head Graphene XT Radical line for 2016 with specifications. The RA value (stiffness) here concerns unstressed frames. The RA value of the Head Graphene XT Radical MPA will probably also be 64, where the RA value of the Graphene XT Radical Rev Pro is still unknown.

- Graphene XT Radical Rev Pro: 98 sq/inch, 270 grams, 35.0 cm balance, 16/19 or 16/16 string pattern, RA to follow
- Graphene XT Radical S: 102 sq/inch, 280 grams, 32.0 cm balance, 16/19 stringing pattern, RA 61
- Graphene XT Radical Lite: 102 sq/inch, 260 grams, 34.0 cm balance, 16/19 stringing pattern, RA 61
