For 2016, Wilson offers the tennis player a choice of no less than 6 racket families. Novelties are the new Burn FST family that will be carried in addition to the regular Burn line and the Ultra and Ultra XP families, of which the former replaces the Juice racket line. The Wilson racket collection for 2016 can be found below in an overview.

Burn FST – Speed and Control
The Wilson Burn FST line is made for the Baseliner . The addition FST stands for Fast Speed Technology. With the X2 Ergo handle the shape of the handle can be adjusted. This is ideal for the modern player with a double-handed backhand. The figurehead for this line is, provided he has recovered from his wrist injury, the Argentine hard hitter Juan Martin del Potro.

Feliciano Lopez and Victoria Azarenka are the players who will be promoting the new Wilson Ultra racket line. The Ultra racket line is the successor of the Juice series and is made for the so-called Allcourter , the player who operates both from the baseline and at the net. This line is therefore made to serve a wide range of players. The Wilson Ultra line combines power with comfort and contains the following technical features: high performance carbon fiber for stiffer shafts and therefore more power, Cushion Foam in the handle for extra vibration dampening and Parallel Drilling for a larger sweet spot.

Ultra High Performance Carbon Fiber provides extra stiffness in the Ultra XP frames, good for extra power. In addition, Wilson has released a new frame construction on this racket line. This so-called Power Profile Frame Geometry ensures less air resistance and a super direct ball contact. All frames that are available for the European market have the Wilson Spin Effect Technology. This means: extra open stringing patterns for more grip on the ball for more spin and margin in your strokes. All Wilson Ultra XP rackets are 1/4 inch longer, all for the extra power. In addition to power, the frames also excel in comfort. Players with a more compact swing will be able to serve Wilson well with the new Ultra XP family. What is striking about the specs is that the Wilson Ultra XP rackets are light, with maneuverability and power being the most important starting points.
