Today we're looking at one of the most comfortable tennis rackets of the moment: the Prince Textreme2 O3 Beast 104 . This racket is known for its exceptional arm-friendliness and offers an excellent choice for players looking for comfort without compromising on performance.
Background
In recent years, Prince has released several comfort-oriented frames, such as the Textreme Premier 105 , Premier 110 , and Premier 120 . Also the Textreme Warrior 107 , one of my personal favorites, offered excellent comfort. In 2018, Prince added some more arm-friendly racquets to their collection, including the new Beast 104 series. This series follows the Warrior line, and today we're focusing on the most comfortable racquet from this series: the Prince Textreme2 O3 Beast 104 .

Technology: Textreme2 with Twaron
Prince introduced four new models with Textreme2 technology in November 2017. Textreme is not a material in itself, but an innovative weaving method for carbon. This technology increases the torsional stiffness of the racket without putting extra strain on the arm. Textreme is also used in other sports, such as time trial cycling, ice hockey sticks and racing cars. Prince has successfully applied this technology around the heart of the rackets, resulting in a very solid and controlled playing feel.
The upgrade to Textreme2 adds Twaron , a material that provides improved ball feel and a more dampened sound and feel at ball impact. This makes the racket even more comfortable.
Furthermore, the well-known O-ports of Prince are back in this frame. These holes, placed at 9, 12 and 3 o'clock in the racket, enlarge the sweet spot, which means that off-center hits are less punished. In addition, the O-ports give the strings more freedom of movement, which ensures a smoother playing feel and more liveliness of the string bed.

The Prince Textreme2 O3 Beast 104 is an excellent arm-friendly racket, ideal for players who suffer from arm or shoulder complaints. The O-ports in the frame significantly enlarge the sweet spot, which means you suffer less from off-center hits. This also provides extra dynamics in the string bed, allowing you to easily generate spin and giving the racket a soft playing feel at ball impact.
