Countervail technology
The main innovation in this series is the addition of Countervail, a material that comes from the aerospace industry. It reduces shock to the body, reducing fatigue without sacrificing stability, control, and power.
Design and recognisability
Like the new Pro Staff series, the Blades are matte black and the logos are laser-engraved into the rackets. All performance rackets have color accents at 3 and 9 o'clock for recognition, and on the new Blade series it's bright green.

- Blade Serena Williams 104 Autograph CV : 104 sq/inch, 306 gr, 33.0 cm balance, 18/19 string pattern, 28 inch length.
- Blade 98 18/20 CV : 98 sq/inch, 304 gr, 32.5 cm balance, 18/20 string pattern, 27 inch length, RA: 65.
- Blade 98 16/19 CV : 98 sq/inch, 304 gr, 32.5 cm balance, 16/19 string pattern, 27 inch length, RA: 66.
- Blade 98S CV : 98 sq/inch, 294 gr, 33.0 cm balance, 18/16 string pattern, 27 inch length, RA: 65.
In addition, four models without Countervail have been added:
- Blade 98L 16/19 : 98 sq/inch, 285 gr, 33.0 cm balance, 16/19 string pattern, 27 inch length, RA: 67.
