Early July 2017 Wilson will bring back the Pro Staff 85. This iconic racket will make its comeback in a special Roger Federer Limited Edition. The Wilson Pro Staff 85 is the racket that started it all for Federer. Throughout the years Federer has always continued to play with Pro Staff frames. At the beginning of his career with this ultra-small 85 sq/inch head size. Then followed various Tour versions of the Pro Staff in 90 sq/inch heads. In the meantime Roger has made the successful switch to the Wilson Pro Staff RF97 Autograph . With this racket with 97 sq/inch head size, Federer can keep up with modern power tennis a little easier, but with the classic playing feel of a Pro Staff.
Now Wilson pays tribute to Federer and the Pro Staff racket family with this Wilson Pro Staff RF85 in special Roger Federer Limited Edition. The specs of the frame do not lie. This racket can only be played by the real tennis purist who is looking for ultimate ball control and ball feel.
