Babolat Technical Viper 3.0
The Babolat Technical Viper 3.0 remains one of Babolat's most powerful rackets, but has undergone a complete metamorphosis for 2026! The diamond shape remains, but a completely new mold has been used for the racket. One of the most important new features is the Carbon Power Layer technology. For this, a carbon sheet/layer has been placed between the foam, for explosive power. Of course, the frame of the racket itself is made of carbon, but 3K carbon is now used in the head. This gives the racket more touch and finesse.
The Technical Viper 3.0 is a heavy boy at 370 grams and a head-heavy balance, but you get explosive power back for this, especially on your overheads. Babolat has developed the Vibrasorb System2 in collaboration with SMAC. This technology provides damping in both the head itself and the handle. What has remained is the sandpaper finish/top layer on the head for extra grip on the ball.
