The new Speed ​​MP 2024 was also recently released. On paper, the new Boom MP 2024 and the Speed ​​MP 2024 are close together. Just certainly not in terms of playing characteristics! Where the Speed ​​MP has a fairly large 330+ swingweight, the Boom MP with a swingweight of 317 is much easier and faster to get around. The Speed ​​MP offers a fuller ball more easily, but this Boom MP also holds its own. If you want some extra plow-through, a little lead at 3 and 9 o'clock certainly does the job.

The racket therefore scores very well in terms of maneuverability and ease of use. Due to the special head shape, this racket has a fairly generous sweet spot for a 100 sq/inch racket, somewhat comparable to that of, for example, the Yonex EZONE 100. The sweet spot is therefore quite generous, which makes the racket quite forgiving for a 100 sq/inch racket. Spin is also quite easy to generate, but in a controlled manner. If you are looking for more spin, head's Extreme racket series. Actually, this new Boom MP 2024 in 'alternate' color scheme does everything more than decently. The same goes for comfort. The Auxetic 2.0 material around the heart piece provides a solid feeling at ball impact and nice feedback. Because this helps ensure that the racket twists less, it also reduces vibrations to the arm. The nice low RA of 62 then does the rest.
