Technology and playing characteristics Head Graphene Touch Radical XTR 2024
As mentioned, this Graphene Touch Radical XTR andreissue of the Graphene Touch Radical MP, which we previously tested extensively. The racket has a nice controlled playing feel, but still with sufficient punch, as evidenced by the swingweight of 323. This racket does not let itself be pushed away quickly and with balls that you tackle yourself, there is a nice amount of mass behind the ball. The Graphene Touch technology takes away a bit of the 'raw edge'. The frame offers nice cushioning without losing the connection with the ball. The stability of the Head Graphene Touch Radical XTR is neatly taken care of. The sweet spot does not feel overly large, but does provide good feedback. You clearly feel what you are doing with this racket. The spin potential is also present, although I would describe it as controlled.
All in all, the Graphene Touch Radical XTR 2024 is a great all-rounder for the player who already has some tennis experience and/or wants to grow. The racket offers a strong mix of power and control with excellent feedback.
The Head Graphene Touch Radical XTR 2024 is a reissue of the well-known Graphene Touch Radical MP and offers a strong mix of power and control at a rock-solid price point!
