Playing characteristics of the Yonex EZONE 100L Espresso Brown:

As we have come to expect from Yonex, the new EZONE rackets are packed with technical features. For 2025, Yonex' flagship racket family, the EZONE, has received an update! This is already the 8th version of the EZONE. New in this update is an enlarged sweet spot, achieved by adjusting the Isometric head shape: the upper flat section has been widened. Furthermore, the beam thickness in the upper part of the head has been adjusted. The frame is slightly thicker here for extra power. The 'inside' of the frame is more tapered to allow for more ball pocketing, which improves power and rotation. The most significant change, however, is in the shaft/throat of the racket. Minolon has been used here in the graphite lay-up. This material provides a smooth and comfortable feel at ball impact. Together with the well-known VDM (Vibration Dampening Mesh) in the handle/grip, this ensures extra comfort.

This latest version of the EZONE 100L truly lives up to its name! The new slogan for the 'easy one' is Play Full Power, and that is no exaggeration. This racket offers a substantial dose of power, but with comfort and the retention of more control than expected. This 285-gram 100L version is ideal for someone looking for power and comfort in a lighter weight class, while still wanting all the Yonex technology and quality. Also highly recommended for the ambitious (youth) player looking to level up.
