Yonex Muse 98
The Yonex Muse 98 is the most control-oriented model in the new Muse series and offers a unique blend of control, comfort, and speed in a super user-friendly and comfortable racket. The Muse series was created after no less than 5 years of development and incorporates the technologies listed below.
A few things are immediately noticeable about the Muse 98: for instance, the racket features a special 'Energy Flow Shaft'. The Energy Flow Shaft is a control-oriented shaft that transfers power efficiently with an easy-to-control feel, despite its slim profile. The carefully designed concave shape balances stiffness and flexibility and is reinforced by the Servo Filter — an elastic and highly adhesive material that dampens vibrations and refines ball feel. Together, these elements provide smooth power and stable control during every rally. If you look at the frame from the side, you will see a very slim shaft that transitions into a wider profile in the head and at the top of the racket for more power and stability. The slim shaft provides that smooth, forgiving playing feel.
In addition to the characteristic Isometric head shape - which increases the effective hitting area for the ball - the Yonex Muse 98 utilizes Uniform Impact Grommets. These grommets (through which both the mains and crosses pass) are located on the four corners of the frame and have a unique straight grommet structure. This increases the sweet spot and therefore provides a more even and forgiving response on both clean and off-center shots, increasing comfort and control during rallies.
The pearl grey/silver frame completes it all and gives the racket a clean, chic look! The Muse 98 has a 98 sq/inch head and weighs 305 grams with a 31.5 unstrung balance. You can find the further specs below.
