Introduction:
When the new T-Fights launched, the team at mijnracket.nl had the chance to test the entire lineup. Two frames really stood out to us: the T-Fight 300S and this 305S. Today, we’re focusing on the 305S, while also comparing its performance with the 300S. The S in these models stands for “sharp.” They have a slimmer profile, which gives them more feel and control. The racket also cuts through the air more easily, allowing for good racket-head speed. It’s also worth noting that the swingweight has been reduced in this T-Fight series, making the rackets easier to handle. This 305S is therefore easier to swing, while still producing a lovely, solid ball—but more on that later.

Baseline:
From the baseline, the Tecnifibre T-Fight 305S is an extremely reliable tool. The racket has a very solid, substantial feel. It’s neither too heavy nor cumbersome, but it’s not too light or unstable either. A swingweight in the mid-320s is ideal for me! My current racket is the Head Gravity Tour 2025: also a 98 sq/inch racket weighing 305 g, with a similar swingweight. However, the T-Fight 305S leans more towards control. One of the main reasons is its compact 18x19 string pattern. The two extra mains compared with the 300S and the Gravity Tour provide more control, while the 19 crosses still offer plenty of spin potential.
So, baseline shots are very controlled and consistent, while still delivering enough punch when you drive the racket’s mass through the ball. I found the spin potential better than expected, though not as good as, for example, the 300S. Naturally, it offers more control. If you want to dictate play, you’ll need to bring your own full swing and/or technique. This racket won’t do the work for you, and its sweet spot is a little more demanding. Under pressure, this racket can definitely hold its own. It’s incredibly comfortable and stable—an absolute pleasure! And you always retain great control over the ball.

Serve:
The serve power is solid. With my usual racket, the Head Gravity Tour 2025, I get more free power, but the T-Fight 305S is more precise and also produces a solid ball. You do need to put in a little extra effort, particularly on kick serves. If you have enough power of your own, however, this racket is very reliable and consistent on serve.
Tecnifibre T-Fight 305S at the net:
This racket is also super solid at the net. The T-Fight 305S is clearly more maneuverable than its predecessor, as the balance point has shifted slightly closer to the handle. It’s therefore a little more head-light, which you can definitely feel in how quickly it handles. Above all, you get a great sense of stability at the net. Even when you need to put the ball away immediately, this racket does the job for you.

Power/control:
Tecnifibre says the T-Fights offer the ultimate mix of power and control, and honestly, that’s no exaggeration! Especially with this racket. Again, it does require a good, full swing and sound fundamentals from the player, but if you have those, this racket is a joy to play with and unquestionably one of the best releases of 2025!
When you really swing through, you’ll notice that it favors control over power; the ball won’t often fly long. Control remains the priority. But this racket has a lovely punch, which I particularly noticed when I used the pace of my opponent’s shots. So if you’re more of a counterpuncher, this racket could work really well for you too.
Comfort/arm-friendliness:
This racket is partially foam-filled and transmits very little vibration to the arm (especially for a racket in this control-oriented category). Okay, it’s a somewhat lower-powered racket, so you may have to work a little harder yourself, meaning it’s not for anyone with a fragile arm or shoulder. However, its comfort is well above average. Its RA/stiffness rating of 63 also matched my experience very well. Plenty of feel, comfort and touch, without being too flexible or unstable.

Tecnifibre T-Fight 305S: the bottom line:
Although its sibling—the T-Fight 300S—is an even better fit for my playing style, this 305S is one of the best rackets of 2025! Its mix of control, power, spin, stability and, indeed, comfort is outstanding! Yes, this racket isn’t for everyone; it’s really better suited to advanced players with sound technique and a full swing. But if you bring those to the court, you’ll get an extremely well-balanced racket in return!
