Dear tennis friends, the 2025 tennis year is already over. We hope you're all enjoying the holiday season as much as we are! As you’ve come to expect from us, at the end of the year we look back on all the great products we had the chance to test over the past year. Below are the absolute top performers of 2025. Click the links to (re)read the reviews and/or product descriptions of the Top 10 tennis products of 2025 from mijnracket.nl!
1. Head Gravity Tour 2025

For us, the Head Gravity Tour 2025 is the outright winner! Mike has switched to this racket, and Stephan now keeps it in his bag as his regular racket too. It offers a fantastic mix of power, control, stability and spin, along with a wonderfully solid feel. The 'wooosh' sound from the half-cap grommets is lovely when you really swing through the ball. 2. Yonex EZONE 100 Blast Blue

Both the Yonex EZONE 100 Blast Blue and the 98 version were a hit for Yonex. If we had to choose, we’d go for the 300-gram 100. This racket delivers a huge amount of power, combined with an incredibly stable feel and fantastic comfort. The 98 is, of course, more balanced between power and control and certainly deserves a mention too.
3. Tecnifibre T-Fight 305S and 300S

The Tecnifibre T-Fight range was updated in early 2025, and the results were excellent for the French brand. With a more refined weight distribution and, as a result, a slightly lower swingweight, the T-Fight 305S has become much more accessible without compromising its renowned blend of power and control. The 300S is even faster and makes it easier to generate spin, so be sure to check it out too!
4. Nordic Dots Model 100

For us, the Nordic Dots Model 100 was one of the year's biggest surprises. In terms of its mold, this racket reminded us of the Wilson Steam 99 of old; more on that with our number 5, by the way. It makes it very easy to hit a solid, controlled ball and is 'on par' in terms of weight, balance and SW, which is very impressive and pleasing. A very reliable tool with great spin potential too.
5. Wilson Ultra 99 Pro V5

First of all, what a stunning racket—and by far one of the best-looking frames of the year! For years, the Wilson Steam flew a little under the radar: no longer visible, but still in use on the WTA and ATP Tours. That's about to change with this Wilson Ultra 99 Pro V5: the Steam 99 is back in a glossy finish. Power, stability and spin are the watchwords for this racket. And here's a little preview: the old Steam 100 is also making a comeback next year in the new Blade racket family.
6. Diadem Axis 98 and 100

With Elina Svitolina, the American brand Diadem has a great ambassador for its latest racket family, the Axis. This range is all about spin, combined with power and stability. Mike prefers playing with the Axis 100, while Stephan prefers the Axis 98. Both are refined frames with a pro-stock-like feel, thanks to the internal rib structure in the racket walls combined with the frames being entirely foam-filled.
7. Dunlop SX 300 2025

Dunlop may not have the marketing clout of Wilson, Babolat and Head, but behind the scenes, the brand has been making some excellent frames in recent years. Its spin frames—the SX range—have also received a very impressive update. The combination of spin, speed, stability and power is a winning one! Read our review of the Dunlop SX 300 2025 again here.
8. ASICS Gel Challenger 15

ASICS remains the market leader in tennis shoes, and the excellent update to the Gel Challenger 15 certainly contributes to that. This stability shoe is the little brother of the Gel Resolution X, but performs brilliantly on court. The shoe is a little lighter and needs less breaking in thanks to its updated upper, giving it a quicker feel without compromising the renowned stability and reliability.
9. Head Radical MP 2025

The Head Radical MP 2025 arrived on the market with little fanfare, but that doesn't make it any less of a great frame. For years, this racket has offered one of the most finely tuned blends of power and control for players with a flatter, more traditional stroke. This new version certainly delivers once again!
10. Babolat Pure Drive Gen11

If you like a somewhat stiffer racket with direct feedback and could use a little extra power in your game, the new Babolat Pure Drive (Gen 11) is a beast! This racket delivers the solid, familiar Pure Drive power combined with reliable spin. An absolute powerhouse.
Thank you!
